Approve & receive

Your preview arrives with the Delivery Standard and the verification result for your own film, point by point. Anything short of it is our defect — we fix it free of charge, up to three rounds; if we still fall short, you choose between a full refund and keeping the film with half refunded. Approving the final cut is acceptance: the watermark-free master and all deliverables are yours, and changes after that are paid revisions that carry their own guarantee.

A membership does not replace one-off films: a single film is still one flat price, and you can order one whether or not you subscribe.

A note on honesty: AI generation has real limits. Every shot passes automated QC and human review, yet certain complex scenes (multi-person interaction, fine hand detail, specific branded props) may fall short of your vision. That is why you always review a watermarked preview before delivery — and anything below our Delivery Standard is on us, per the refund policy. We will not hide behind 'that is just AI'; we ask in return that you arrive with fair expectations of a young medium.

Is this a per-second subscription tool?

A single film is always one flat price: one film, one price, paid once — retries are our cost, not your wallet. For people who create continuously, there is the Workshop membership: monthly production credits, measured in delivered seconds of finished film. Both lines share one principle — you only pay for film that actually reaches you, and failed attempts never spend your credits. The 'credits that vanish on failed generations' model does not exist here, on either line.

Why does this cost more than an AI tool subscription?

Count everything and it usually doesn't. With a tool, failed takes burn your credits, keeping characters consistent across shots is your problem, and voiceover, music, subtitles and mixing each need another tool — plus your evenings. Our price is the total price of a finished, quality-checked, licensed film. If you enjoy the craft and have the hours, a tool is a fine choice. If what you need is the film, this is the cheaper path.

How do Workshop credits work?

Credits are measured in delivered seconds: they are only deducted when a finished film reaches you, by its actual length. Failed generations, QC rejections and our redos cost you nothing — that is our yield cost, already in the price. Unused credits roll over per your plan; finer engine mixes burn credits at a higher, clearly displayed rate.

All films are AI-generated. Every film carries a visible on-screen AI-generated badge and machine-readable AI provenance metadata.

Refunds in short: full refund before production starts (minus processing fees); before preview delivery, we keep only the value of work completed and refund the rest; if we fall short of the Delivery Standard after three free rework rounds, you choose a full refund or keeping the film with half refunded.
