Every scene is broken into shots — framing, camera movement, duration and must-appear elements. Each storyboard passes seven hard structure checks and two independent AI critics before anything is generated.
This stage producesValidated shot list — framing, movement, timing
Shot by shot, the visual engine generates footage to match the boards. Character reference portraits and first-frame anchoring carry look and subject from one shot to the next. The longest stage, and fully unattended.

An editorial model assembles the cut — pacing, rhythm, continuity and transitions — tuned against the emotional curve written into the script.
This stage producesAssembled cut — subtitles burned in, three tracks mixed
Every shot is measured, not eyeballed: duration, black frames, silence, loudness, resolution and freeze/flicker defects — shots that fail these checks are regenerated automatically, within budget. A vision model then reviews sampled frames against your approved brief before the film reaches you.
This stage producesQC report — mechanical checks and vision review
You review a watermarked preview first. Approve it and the clean master is released — H.264, in the aspect ratio and resolution you ordered — with a cover image and a per-platform AI disclosure checklist.

Human checkpoints
Full automation doesn’t mean zero control. Three sign-off gates are built into the line — the pipeline pauses until you approve.
Before you pay anything, you read and approve a written Production Confirmation — scope, runtime, aspect ratio, deliverables and acceptance criteria.
For films with characters, production pauses after the reference portraits are drawn — you approve the faces, or ask for a free redraw, before any video money is spent.
Watch the watermarked preview. Request changes with timecodes, or approve it and the clean master is released.
